The Rye’s spacious outdoor terrace is ideal for entertaining family and friends, a relaxation zone perfect for everybody. Optional features include a covered dining zone for al fresco dining all year round, hot tub for much-needed rest, external heating, bespoke drinks storage and additional multi-level decking, ideal for relaxing with a post-walk drink.

Situated close the renowned North York Moors National Park and the popular ancient market towns of Helmsley and Kirkbymoorside. Annual Site Fees: included for the year 2023, From £4,500 pa exclusive of VAT, Includes access to the resort, water, sewage, refuse disposal and general upkeep of Keld Spring and its recreational spaces.

Annual Rates: As this holiday home is not a primary residence, non-domestic rates will be payable and they will be billed in line with the council tax year. Rates for the current year to be confirmed.

Electricity: This is metered and invoiced quarterly.

Insurance: Must include public liability insurance with a minimum cover of £5 million.

Note: 12 month holiday park, must have a primary residence to comply.
