On an interesting note in North Ryedale bungalows appear to have been out selling traditional family homes and have sold particularly well in Helmsley, Kirkbymoorside, Pickering and Thornton Dale. The following bungalow locations are hot spots for interest, Pickering: Pool Court, Millfield Close, Rosamund Avenue and Norman Close. Kirkbymoorside: West Pasture and Park Lane. Helmsley: Feversham Road and Swanland Close. Thornton Dale: Farmanby Close, Aunums Close and the Crescent. With an increasingly ageing population it becomes a priority for purchasers to find where the nearest doctors and dentist surgeries as well as pharmacies are.
